1. Donations are not refundable. It's not that we don't think you'd deserve your money back, it's that it is a serious hassle and requires diverting time that could be spent coding.
2. You are not -buying- anything. You do not get any upgrades, perks, extras, boosts, items, etc from donating. The warm feeling you get from roleplaying or chakking someone in the face should be plenty to look forward to.
3. You do not have rights to what donations are spent on. We solely intend to use all funds to a) defray the cost of bandwidth and, if there is surplus, b) upgrading equipment that might need it and c) possibly investing in software to facilitate development of the new client later this year.
